This is a project I've been working at, on and off, since 1997. Yesterday it went up on the online bookstore of my publisher, Rosedog Books. So for everybody who has been waiting, come and get it!

The price will be $43 for the book itself, which is fair compared with the cost of college textbooks these days. You can also download
the text as a PDF file, if you want to save space or get it right away. The cost of the PDF is $38.
